By using the Plane Sweeper mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

Plane Sweeper is an online multiplayer puzzle-battle game. The game connects you with other players over the Internet. Gameplay and matchmaking depend on network availability and server uptime.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use automated tools to gain unfair advantages
• Attempt to disrupt the service or other players' experience
• Use offensive nicknames or harass other players

We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these rules.

3. In-App Purchases

Plane Sweeper offers the following optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and are subject to that store's terms and conditions. Refund requests must be made through the relevant app store.

• VIP — Remove Banner Ads ($0.99 one-time purchase): Permanently removes the banner advertisement displayed at the bottom of the screen during gameplay. Rewarded video ads (used to earn extra missiles or reset battle limits) are not affected by this purchase.
• sVip — Remove All Ads ($0.99/month auto-renewable subscription): Removes all advertisements from the App, including banner ads and rewarded video ads. sVip users can skip rewarded ad timers instantly. The subscription automatically renews each month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase, and your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period, at the rate of $0.99/month. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings (Apple ID or Google Play).

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Plane Sweeper and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
